Advanced Massage Therapy Diploma Program
- 2 year program
- 2200 hours (2000 classroom, 200 practical)
- Meets all standards to write or challenge provincial and state registration exams
Pre-requisites
Students applying to the Professional Institute of Massage Therapy must have their high school diploma with a senior Biology OR 1 post secondary science. High school Physics or Kinesiology would be an asset. Along with these academic requirements students must take an Introduction to Massage workshop.
If you are interested in a career in Massage Therapy and you do not meet the admission requirements please contact the College. We would be happy to meet and discuss your unique situation. It may be possible to take some classes that can prepare you for our program.

Tuition
Tuition for the Advanced Massage Therapy Program is $7,500 per year. A deposit of $595 is required within 15 days of acceptance to our program. Tuition payments are scheduled throughout the year. Textbooks and supplies are available at an additional cost.
Sport Training and Therapy Diploma Program

- 1050 hours
- This program is also available to massage therapy graduates in an abbreviated format. Please contact the Institute for details.
Pre-requisites
To qualify for the Sport Training and Therapy Program, applicants require a high school diploma indicating successful completion of Grade 12 and Biology 30 (Physics is an asset), three written references, a letter from your medical doctor indicating you are free from communicable skin diseases and in good health, and a non-refundable $50.00 application fee.
A mature student admission policy will be based upon Grade 12 or G.E.D. and the applicant’s previous applicable experience.
